Berry

Everyone knows that fruit is very healthy, but you shouldn’t do without berries at breakfast. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries contain a lot of vitamin C, valuable minerals and antioxidants, which are said to slow down skin aging and support heart health.

The fruits can be eaten not only clean, but also taste in smoothies, juices or porridges.

Avocado

Avocado is a real superfood: the fruit contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, valuable minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. This primarily strengthens the immune system.

Combined with wholemeal bread, avocado is the perfect breakfast. Eggs, whether scrambled, boiled or poached, are also suitable for fruit. However, if you prefer a sweet breakfast, you can also use the avocado in a smoothie with a banana, milk or milk alternative.
