Wash the dill, dry it and cut it into small pieces. Put skyr, natural yogurt and dill in a bowl for the sauce and mix well. Book dill.
Apples, cucumbers, herring fillets
We peel and quarter the apples and get rid of the kernels. Then cut into small pieces. Also cut the cucumbers into small pieces. Drain the matjes fillets well and cut into 1 cm wide strips.

Add pieces of apples, cucumbers and herring fillets to the sauce in a bowl. Mix all ingredients well and leave for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
