We are excited to announce the commencement of applications for the 2023 Commonwealth Scholarships (Masters and Ph.D.). We can’t wait to meet the next generation of Commonwealth Changemakers! Commonwealth is a fully funded scholarship to study for a master’s or Ph.D. in the UK. UK degree program.

 This is a very reputable UK stock exchange. This scholarship is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO).

Each year they select over 200 participants from Commonwealth countries to study in the UK. You can apply for free. Please read this post till the end as I have written in step by step details on how to apply for the Commonwealth Scholarship for Masters and Ph.D. Scholarships.

The duration of the Commonwealth Masters scholarship is one year and for the Commonwealth, Ph.D. The scholarship is for 3 years. CSC cannot apply for these scholarships directly. Read it again. You cannot apply directly, you must apply through an appointment agency in your country. How? This is what we are trying to tell you.

Commonwealth Scholarship Financial Coverage:

The 2023 Commonwealth Scholarships are fully funded by the UK Government. This covers all costs. Don’t forget that we will be having a Facebook live session on our Commonwealth Scholarships page on September 11th.

Get a confirmed return ticket from your home country to the UK and return home at the end of your award. Full tuition approved Supplement (living money) per month. Allocation of warm clothing, if applicable. A dissertation grant for the cost of a dissertation or dissertation preparation, if applicable. Study Abroad Grants to cover travel expenses related to studying in the UK or abroad.

Eligibility Criteria:

Be a citizen of or have been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person.

Have permanent residency in an eligible Commonwealth country. I cannot afford to study in the UK without this scholarship. By October 2023, achieve at least an upper second class (2:1) honors standard, or a second class diploma and associated graduate qualification (usually a master’s degree). You can start your studies in the UK until the start of the UK school year in September 2023.

Eligible Countries:

There are 54 countries in the Commonwealth, in Africa, Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific. Commonwealth countries are diverse – they are some of the largest, smallest, richest, and poorest countries in the world.

How to Apply (Understand it carefully):

Applications must be made using the CSC’s online application system.

Applicants must apply through one of the below-enrolled agencies as well as through CSC. Referral agencies then introduce candidates to CSC. CSC does not accept direct applications for these scholarships.

Each nominated agency has its own other eligibility criteria. Applicants must complete an application using CSC’s online application system, in addition to any other application. The application must be completed by the nominating agency. Agencies will nominate candidates to the CSC by December 2022.

Supporting Documentation:

To be eligible to apply, you must include supporting documentation.
Proof
 that the applicant is a citizen or holds refugee status in an eligible Commonwealth country: a photocopy of a valid passport (or ID card) showing date of birth and country of citizenship
Full transcripts detailing all higher education qualifications, including up-to-date transcripts for all courses currently studied (with certified translations if not in English).
References/recommendations
 from at least two people on the institution’s letterhead.
